I Got to Wakefield last night & was very happy to find the family so much Recover'd but was particularly surpris'd to see how Hannah had mended who I believed knew me as no one else she would Go to from there the next day I arrived in Town very much fatigued.

     I immediately enquir'd for your Curtains which are not Sold therefore will send them down but as to the Brackets Mr Allen not being at home I dont know when they are done but will See in the Morning.

     As I came up I saw a Negro man of dr Thompsons who says he will let you have Chesnuts for a pr of Breeches therefore think you had better Send immediately for fear he should dispose of them.

     If Mr Caddeen should not finish my Coat by the time Jerry Comes up I shall take it as a particular favour to send them up immediately they are as their will be a good deal of Company in Town & I may go perhaps to a Wedding.

     please to Send my by Jerry G. Mamas Shoes which I forgot.
