dr Sir,
I wrote lately three letters to you—wishing to be informed—if Hay had returned & reported Hunters Acct— not having recd any answrs— I now ask & will thank you for one— it is necessary something Should be done as I am told that it is reported— that so soon as the lands belonging to old Hunters Estate is sold— which Sale Commences at our district court that Hoowe means to depart for Georgia.
what has the Sheriff of Norfolk done as to the process aft Mariann Hunter— I expect to hear from you by next Saturday at farther.
I expect— a great effort will be made, to have Moores Acctt— which will be reported to this Term— called back to Hays office— should such attempts be made— let me know— and desire the chancellor to suspend any order until I am down— when I will produce written proof— that delay is there object– of the defendants as well as other proof that Mr Hay is an impropper man to settle the Acctt as he has, without knowing any thing about them, undertaken to give his Opinion— pray write quick.
