Prospect Hill was a 2,700 acre estate in Berkeley County, Virginia, now Jefferson County, West Virginia, that John Augustine Washington left to his son Corbin in his will, and which passed to him in 1787. Corbin did not build a house on the estate, instead moving to Walnut Grove.
