Peremptory Articles of agreement entered into between Henry Lee Esqr. of the one part & Bushrod Washington of the other part this 26t day of Octr 1792

Witnesseth.
the sd Lee to convey to Bushrod Washington in fee simple with a General Warranty the Tract of Land bought by him from Mr Burwell in Henrico County containing 250 acres at least. the sd B. Washington to convey to the sd Lee one half acre & one quarter acre Lotts adjoining each other in alexandria in fee simple with a General Warranty 25 £ to be paid H Lee when convenient

If the sd Washington should keep Jesse R Cook the property of sd Lee the sd Washington is to convey to sd Lee in fee 185 acres of Land in Fairfax County at one Guinea per acre and to let the sd Lee have Daniel in consideration whereof the sd Lee is to let the sd Washington have the sd Jesse and to deduct out of the piece of the sd Land the sum of Seventy pounds and to pay the balance of the purchase mny in Cash or a good bond payable on demand.
