the sd Lee to convey to the said Washington with a general warranty Six Lotts of ground in Alexandria in Griffiths addtion, the said Lotts to be chosen by the sd Washington in any part of the sd addition, belonging to sd Lee & to include Jones's Lotts & Brick House if sd Washington chuses, should any of the Lotts so to be chosen by sd Washington be smaller than Lott No. 46, in the sd addition the sd deficiency to be made up in some other Lott, but should any Lott be larger it is to Cuont as a Lott & no more. The sd Washington to convey to Henry Lee with a Genl Warranty 213 acres of Land on Sleepy Creek in Berkley COunty being a tract sold by Throckmorton to Jno. A. Washington decd, & also 300 acres of Land in RedStone Settlement with a warranty agt himself and those claiming under him. if Mr McLean has sold the Fayette Land, or shall sell it before notice of this agreement the sd Lee to be bound by the Bargain and to have the benefit of it. the sd Washington to have all the arrears of Rents due upon the sd Lotts & the sd Lee to have all arrears of Rents due upon the above mentioned Tracts of Land if the sd Lee can recover the 300 acres lying contiguous to the above tract in RedStone, he is to have it.1 The above articles we bind ourselves our heirs &c. each to the other to perform.
