William Carr (d. 1790)
William Carr did business with George Washington, Bushrod Washington, and John Augustine Washington.
William Carr was a Dumfries, Virginia, agent for London merchant James Russell, dealing primarily in wheat and flour. He also was a rent collector for Robert Carter, a Prince William County justice, and a Dumfries trustee. Carr had a daughter and two sons. He died in Stafford on 25 November 1790.
