Description

Frederick George Schaeffer was born on 29 October 1794 in Germantown, Pennsylvania. He was editor and proprietor of the Baltimore Federal Republican and Telegraph from 1821 to 1822. He died in Philadelphia on 5 November 1823, survived by his wife Louisa C. Kurtz (1792–1874, m. 1815) and their two children.
